Council Meeting

Happy New Year! I hope that all of you had a great Christmas filled with the love of family and friends.
New Year’s resolutions offer a fresh start – a chance to reflect on the past year and set intentions for growth and positive change. Whether big or small, they remind us that progress begins with a single, hopeful step forward.
My personal resolution is to get these articles to Josh in a timelier manner. 😉
I am excited for the new year ahead with our council, proud of what we have done and ready to take on new projects and programs. I encourage our members, new and old, to become involved with the events and programs we have throughout the year. If you have a passion or talent that can benefit the council, please share them with us. We are always in need of help. Keep an eye on this page and postings in the lounge for upcoming events.
Our council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, and everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us. This month’s meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13th @ 7pm.

Building Association News
IMPORTANT NEWS FROM THE BUILDING ASSOCIATION:
New Year, New Things! We are offering, during the winter months, a Lunch and Learn series. An array of topics of interest. A light lunch will be available for purchase.
The first Lunch and Learn session will held on Monday, January 12th from 12:30 – 1:30 PM. Learn how to create a grocery store bouquet of flowers from blah to beautiful. Our presenter, Sue Baglien, will walk us through simple steps to arrange fresh bouquets as well as silk flowers. Questions, contact Barb Langlois.
Flamingo’s will once again be serving up their tasty food at the KC’s. See list below for dates.

The soup cookoff on January 17th will be a fundraiser for the Polish Fest and AMBUCS

Music by Bermuda Triangle from 6 – 9 PM
Cost: $10 to sample soups and vote for your favorite! Food starts at 5PM.
